We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of ฿1,000 per guest being charged to the contact details provided. This fee may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
