Born in Bangkok and raised in Sakaeo, a quiet province in eastern Thailand, Chef Namo’s earliest memories are of standing beside his grandmother and father in the kitchen. What began as playful curiosity slowly became a meaningful daily ritual — cooking as an expression of care, gratitude, and connection.
His philosophy of Thai cuisine is rooted in three essential qualities: flavor, variety, and shareability. At its heart is balance — the thoughtful harmony of acidity, sweetness, saltiness, bitterness, and fattiness. Through Tarra, he creates a space where tradition is respected, flavors are balanced with intention, and every meal celebrates Thai culture with sincerity and warmth.
